Deborah L. McElhinney, 71, of Kellogg, Idaho, and formerly of Lewiston and Nezperce, died Friday, Sept. 9, at Shoshone Medical Center in Kellogg. Yates Funeral Home of Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
