WHITE BIRD – On September 23, 2022, Idaho County Dispatch received a 911 call from just outside of White Bird, Idaho around 12:50 p.m. The dispatcher heard screaming, and the call disconnected.

The dispatcher and deputies worked to find a location and the persons involved which lead to the arrest of Corey Bubar, age 35, of Clearwater, Idaho, for felony strangulation and felony domestic battery in the presence of a child.
