Last week, 21-year-old Dillon Blake entered a Guilty plea for the Rape of a 16-year-old victim in Nez Perce County District Court. The incident, investigated by the Lewiston Police Department, showed that the victim was taken to North Lewiston on the night of April 20, 2022, by Mr. Blake.
While in the hotel room, Mr. Blake raped the minor and at one point had a knife. During the course of the night, the victim was able to take the knife away and was able to get away from Mr. Blake.
The victim returned home where her parents called the police. Mr. Blake is set to be sentenced on 12-1-2022. Penalties for Rape (18-6101) carries a maximum penalty of life in prison and/or a $50,000 fine.
