Moscow – Lilly Street will be closed to thru traffic beginning November 15, 2022. During this time the City will be installing a new catch basin and storm water pipe to improve storm drainage along Third Street, east of the intersection, and help eliminate icing on pedestrian access routes. The road closure, from West Third Street to Fourth Street, is scheduled to reopen at the end of the week. Project features include:

· New Catch Basin installed on the south side of West Third Street.
· New water class storm main
· Removal and replacement of sidewalk
· Vehicle approach drainage improvements

The City appreciates the public’s patience as these necessary repairs and upgrades are made to the City’s infrastructure.
