SPOKANE — M. Edna Victory, 96, of Spokane and formerly of Lewiston, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2022, at Avalon Care Center in Spokane. Malcom’s Brower-Wann Funeral Home of Lewiston is in charge of arrangements.
