Lewiston, ID – Our community has seen a rise in Fentanyl related arrests over the last week. The Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office filed the following fentanyl related cases between November 21 to November 28
Travis JH Rickman (36 yoa, Clarkston, WA)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Fentanyl
and Methamphetamine/Introduction of a Major Contraband into Jail: - ISP Troopers stopped a vehicle because the driver had a revoked
driver’s license. At the traffic stop, Troopers observed alleged drug
paraphernalia near the front passenger inside the vehicle. During the
investigation, Troopers located a partially used blue pill suspected to
be Fentanyl inside a small zipper bag in the backseat that Mr.
Rickman admitted was his bag. At the jail, Detention Deputies located
218 pills of suspected fentanyl in the shoe of Rickman. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $50,000
because Rickman has 14 prior failure to appear arrest warrants, felony
convictions of Robbery, Fraud, Felony Assault, and Unlawful
Imprisonment. - Magistrate Judge Karin Seubert ordered a bond of $30,000
Joseph O Robinett (43 yoa, Pullman, WA)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance-Fentanyl
- LPD Officer stopped a vehicle for an insufficient muffler. The driver,
Joseph Robinett, had a No Contact Order with the passenger in the
vehicle. During the investigation, Robinett was arrested for the NCO
violation. The passenger was arrested for allegedly possessing drug
paraphernalia located inside the vehicle. The passenger was ultimately
arrested and during the strip search at the jail, eight pills of suspected
fentanyl were located. From the jail cell and under Miranda, Robinett
allegedly informed the investigating officer that the fentanyl located
on the passenger was his and he had just purchased them before
handing them to the passenger to hide. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $30,000
because Robinett has a prior failure to appear warrant in 2019,
Robinett is on probation for Assault 3rd Degree from August 2022,
and a prior Voluntary Manslaughter conviction in 2002.
o Magistrate Judge Karin Seubert ordered a bond of $10,000
Charles R Walters (40 yoa, Boise, ID)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Fentanyl
and Methamphetamine: - LPD Officers observed a vehicle matching the description of a person
with an active arrest warrant. Officers followed the vehicle and
observed erratic driving before pulling into a business in North
Lewiston. The Officers confirmed the driver of the vehicle to be the
person with the arrest warrants. During the incident, a bag of blue pills
was seen near the front passenger seat. The vehicle was ultimately
searched and officers allegedly located several hundred pills suspected
to be Fentanyl near an address book with “Reed Walters” name on it. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $100,000
because Walters was released from prison on April 2022 from a
Robbery conviction, six prior felony convictions for Larceny,
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Forgery, Burglary, Robbery, and
Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Prosecutor’s Office also
requested the high bond because of the risk for fentanyl in our
community and the large amount of drugs in his possession.
o Magistrate Judge Michelle Evans ordered a bond of $60,000 with
pretrial supervision.
Anthony M Dzendzel-Harman (31 yoa, Clarkston, WA)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance-Fentanyl/Possession of a
Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine: - LPD Officers arrested Anthony Dzendzel-Harman for
active arrest warrants. During the search after the
arrest, Officers allegedly located a small glass container
with a suspected methamphetamine inside. They also
located one pill of suspected Fentanyl inside a cigarette
box. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $10,000
because Dzendzel-Harman had two arrest warrants at the time of his
arrest, two prior failure to appear warrants, and criminal history out of
California and Idaho. - Magistrate Judge Michelle Evans ordered a bond of $10,000
Gabriel A Nichols (24 yoa, Lewiston, ID)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance-Fentanyl
- A LPD Officer approached a vehicle and observed the driver to be
Gabriel Nichols who had active arrest warrants. Nichols was taken
into custody for his arrest warrant and during the search after the
arrest one pill of suspected Fentanyl was allegedly located on his
person. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $15,000
because he has 10 prior failure to appear warrants, prior convictions
for possession of a controlled substance and a pending burglary case
in Washington State. - Magistrate Judge Michelle Evans ordered a bond of $5,000 with a
Washington case bond set at an additional $10,000
Kimberlee A Perrigo (39 yoa, Lewiston, ID)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Fentanyl:
- Detectives placed a GPS tracking device on their vehicle and
allegedly observed the vehicle making several trips to Spokane and
around the LC Valley over the next month. The vehicle traveled to
Spokane from the LC Valley. Upon returning, the vehicle went to a
storage unit in Asotin County. When the vehicle left the storage unit,
LPD Detectives and Officers were able to conduct a traffic stop in
Idaho. Eventually, a K9 from the Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office
was deployed on the vehicle and the occupants, Joshua Hescock and
Kimberlee Perrigo were detained. Detectives located marijuana,
paraphernalia, and 97 fentanyl pills during the traffic stop. Allegedly,
Hescock handed the suspected fentanyl pills to Perrigo and instructed
her to hide it according to Perrigo. QCTF Detectives requested a
search warrant on the storage unit in Asotin County and allegedly
located 1000 fentanyl pills in the unit and indicia the pills belonged to
Hescock and Perrigo. - Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office argued for a bond of $40,000
because one failure to appear in 2001, pending felony Possession of a
Controlled Substance-Fentanyl case (CR35-22-07476), and the public
safety risk of fentanyl in our community. - Magistrate Judge Michelle Evans ordered a bond of $40,000
Joshua E Hescock (33 yoa, Lewiston)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver-Fentanyl

in 2009, Hescock is currently on Parole, and the public safety risk of
fentanyl in our community. - Magistrate Judge Michelle Evans ordered a bond of $100,000
