The Idaho County Sheriff’s Office made the following felony arrests this past weekend.

On January 22, 2023, around 9:21 PM, Idaho County deputies were on routine patrol on Highway 95 in the area of Fenn, Idaho, when they performed a routine traffic stop.
The driver exited his vehicle and would not comply with the deputy’s directions.
Ryan Dalgliesh (pictured right), age 30, of Ferdinand, Idaho, was arrested for felony battery on an officer and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing.

On January 22, 2023, around 9:48 PM, Idaho County deputies were on routine patrol in the city of Kooskia, when the performed a routine traffic stop.
K9 Millie performed an exterior sniff of the vehicle and alerted. A subsequent search located methamphetamine.

Shane Horrocks (pictured left), age 34, of Lewiston, Idaho, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor resisting and obstructing, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
