SPOKANE – Tristan Gillispie earned one Silver medal and two Bronze medals in his first jiu-jitsu competition.
Tristan, a member of the Martial Arts America Competition Team, competed Saturday in the American Grappling Federation’s 2023 BJJ Championships in Spokane.
