On February 16, 2023, around 8:50 AM, Idaho County deputies were called to investigate a trespassing at the CFI Mill in Kooskia, Idaho.

Idaho County deputies located two male subjects, who both had valid warrants out of Nez Perce County.

A search incident to arrest yielded methamphetamine, marijuana, and several items of paraphernalia.

David A. Johnson, age 45, of Pullman, Washington was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine, felony malicious injury to property, misdemeanor Nez Perce County warrant, misdemeanor trespassing, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

John Eller, age 48, of Clarkston, Washington, was arrested on a felon possession of methamphetamine, felony malicious injury to property, misdemeanor Nez Perce County warrant, misdemeanor trespassing, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
