Idaho County – On March 3, 2023, around 11:15 AM, Idaho County deputies were on routine patrol on Highway 13 in Harpster, Idaho.

Deputies stopped a vehicle for a routine traffic violation, and after investigating, they determined the driver had been drinking.

Keegan Kosanke, age 42, of Clearwater, Idaho, was arrested for felony driving under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of a concealed firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
