“Idaho County Sergeant Craig Hoodman was honored with the Beyond the Stop Award by the Idaho Office of Highway Safety.
On July 30, 2022, Sergeant Hoodman stopped a vehicle for a routine traffic violation. The stop resulted in an arrest for possession of methamphetamine.
Sheriff Doug Ulmer is proud of the work all his deputies so every day. Today, he’s especially proud of the work Sergeant Hoodman does for Idaho County and the positive impact it has had on our continued efforts to stop drugs coming into Idaho County”.
