Grangeville, Idaho– On April 24, 2023, at approximately 9:40 PM, Idaho County deputies were on patrol on Highway 95 near milepost 247, north of Grangeville, Idaho.
Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding, doing approximately 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. The vehicle accelerated to 104 mph before stopping for deputies.
Arthur Malkov, age 38, of Federal Way, Washington, was arrested for felony possession of fentanyl, felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia, and misdemeanor reckless driving.
