Nez Perce County- On 5/17/23 21 year old Wyatt Roetcisoender of Lewiston turned himself in to the Nez Perce County Detention Center on a warrant related to, Case Number 22-N5977, a shooting that took place in the summer of 2022. The shooting occurred on North Juliaetta Grade in Nez Perce County. Roetcisoender was charged with Aggravated battery by Nez Perce County Detectives in that incident on 8/16/22.

Shortly after Roetcisoender turned himself in he was arrested by Nez Perce County Detectives for 4 counts of Rape stemming from several incidents occuring in March of 2023 involving a 16 year old victim.

Roetcisoender is currently housed in the Nez Perce County Adult Detention center charged with a violation of release conditions with out bond and 4 counts of Rape.
