We invite you to join us on Wednesday March 6 and Thursday March 7 for a public hearing of the U.S. Sentencing Commission as Commissioners receive testimony from invited expert witnesses on this year’s proposed amendments.

The hearing will be held in the Mecham Conference Center in the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building, One Columbus Circle, N.E., Washington, DC 20002. The Commission will also livestream and record this event at the link below. Details forthcoming.

The Commission is currently seeking comment on this year’s proposed amendments. The Public Comment Submission Portal will accept comment through February 22, 2024.
