Spokane, Wash. April 15, 2024: Tammany Creek Road between 21st Street and 28th Street near
Avista’s Lolo Substation in Lewiston will be closed on Tuesday, April 16 through Thursday, April 18.
There will be an additional closure on Tuesday, April 23. The hours of all closures will be 9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. each day. Traffic control will be in place.
During the road closure, 21 st Street to the west and 28 th Street to the east of the closure will be used as
alternative routes.
During this time, Avista crews will be performing maintenance to equipment in the area. Avista is
continually updating equipment and infrastructure to increase the safety and reliability of its system.
