(Lewiston, ID)  We received multiple reports of a fire that broke out just south of Tammany today.  The fire turned out to be a controlled burn under the supervision of a local farmer.  The large fire and plume of smoke left many in the community concerned leading into “fire season”, however, the fire does not pose any threat to the public.
