(Lewiston, ID) Two new fires have broken out just north of Eagle Creek in Nez Perce County. The two fires have been dubbed the “First Fire” and “Fourth Creek Fire”.
The “First Fire” is currently reported at 80 acres as of 3:15 pm this afternoon.
The Fourth Creek Fire is reported at 50 acres as of 2:25 pm this afternoon.
The cause for both fires is still unknown, and we have not received reports on the level of containment at this moment in time.  No structures are in immediate danger, however, and there are no evacuation orders in place.
