(Lewiston, ID) The Gwen Fire disaster declaration makes Small Business Administration assistance available in Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce counties in Idaho; Wallowa County in Oregon; and Asotin and Whitman counties in Washington. Low-interest federal disaster loans are available to businesses of all sizes, most private nonprofit organizations, homeowners, and renters whose property was damaged or destroyed by this disaster.
