(Idaho County, ID) On January 2, 2025, at approximately 11:08 PM, an Idaho County deputy was on routine patrol on Highway 12 near milepost 69 and stopped a vehicle for a traffic equipment violation. 
During the stop, K9 Millie and her handler arrived, and K9 Millie alerted on the vehicle. A search of the vehicle yielded methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
Michael Fignani, age 32, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
