CLARKSTON, WA – Asotin County Fire District #1 and Lewiston Rescue crews were called to a vehicle crash in the 600 block of 14th Street in Clarkston at about 8:40 p.m. Thursday evening.

According to Asotin County Fire District #1, when crews arrived they found a small pickup that had crashed into a home.  The combative female driver was still in the vehicle.  Rescue personnel removed her from the vehicle and transported her to TriState Health with non life-threatening injuries.

Officers stated the driver allegedly struck a utility pole on Poplar Street in the city limits, continued down Poplar to 14th Street where she hit a parked vehicle and then crashed the pickup into the home.  The woman’s identity has not been released.

No other injuries were reported.  Asotin County Deputies are investigating.
