LAPWAI, ID — The Nez Perce Tribal Housing Authority (NPTHA) announced on Facebook that it has acquired the property at 332 Locust Avenue, formerly known as the Thunderbird Gas Station.
Situated along Lapwai’s Main Street, the location is being considered for future development aimed at supporting community growth and revitalization. While plans are still in the early stages, NPTHA described the acquisition as part of its ongoing effort to enhance infrastructure and modernize community spaces.
NPTHA also acknowledged Chantelle Souther of Century 21 Price Right for her assistance in the purchase process.
