SANDPOINT, ID – The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office has issued a wanted alert for Joshua Charles Snyder, a 32-year-old white male, described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds.
An arrest warrant was issued on April 25, 2025, charging Snyder with one count of rape and one count of attempted strangulation, both felonies. His bond has been set at $250,000, and he is nationwide extraditable.
Authorities report that Snyder is from Oklahoma and works in construction at job sites including Walmart locations in Ponderay, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. He is believed to be driving a silver 2020 Dodge 3500 with Oklahoma license plates, QDM811.
