More Than 4,000 WSU Students Set to Graduate This Spring

PULLMAN, WA – Thousands of Washington State University students are preparing to walk across stages statewide this weekend and be recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.

More than 4,000 WSU students are graduating this spring, including 3,168 earning bachelor’s degrees, 396 completing graduate programs, and more than 440 Cougs earning professional degrees.

Among those earning professional degrees are 122 new Doctors of Veterinary Medicine, 68 Doctors of Medicine, and 59 Doctors of Nursing Practice.

This spring’s graduates will walk alongside their peers who completed their studies in the fall, who are eligible to participate in May’s commencement activities. Final spring graduate figures may vary slightly from figures available prior to commencement events, due to students being required to fulfill academic requirements prior to earning their degrees.

Each campus is hosting its own commencement ceremonies, many of which are taking place Saturday and Sunday. WSU Global Campus will hold its hybrid in-person/virtual event later this month in Seattle. More information about each campus’ events is available below:
