MOSCOW, ID – The Home Depot in Moscow will host its grand opening on Thursday.
In August of 2023 the Idaho State Board of Education approved a lease agreement between the University of Idaho and Home Depot for the new store.
The national home improvement store chain is leasing the land from the UI for 20 years. Those annual lease payments to the UI will eventually grow to 300,000 dollars.
The store is located behind Palouse Place which was formally called the Palouse Mall which is also on UI leased property.
The Moscow Home Depot is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
