LEWISTON, ID – The Idaho Department of Correction and GEO Reentry Services will hold a graduation ceremony on Wednesday, June 4, recognizing individuals on probation and parole who have successfully completed the Connection and Intervention Station reentry program.
The Transition Celebration is scheduled for noon at the Lewiston Community Center, located at 1424 Main Street. The event is open to family members, community partners, and officials supporting the participants in their reentry journey.
The ceremony will feature keynote remarks from Joene Cliffe, an independent living advocate with Lewiston’s Disability Action Center. Idaho Department of Correction Director Bree Derrick is also scheduled to attend.
Graduates will be honored for completing the program, which focuses on reducing criminal behavior through structured interventions and community engagement. In addition to remarks from officials and staff, some graduates will share personal reflections during the event.
GEO Reentry Services operates the program in collaboration with the Idaho Department of Correction to support individuals transitioning back into the community.
