GRANGEVILLE, ID – A 50-year-old man was arrested Thursday night after Idaho County deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation between a man and a woman in the Fenn area outside Grangeville.

According to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, dispatch received the call at approximately 10:51 p.m. on May 29. Deputies arrived at the scene and, during their investigation, discovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Sean Tolen was taken into custody on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Authorities remind the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
