SPOKANE, WA — The Spokane Police Department is investigating a violent assault that left one man hospitalized with life-threatening injuries early Wednesday morning.
At approximately 2:30 a.m. on June 4, 2025, officers were notified by a local hospital that an adult male had arrived via AMR ambulance with severe injuries. AMR personnel reported being flagged down near Clark Park, located in the 3900 block of North Normandie Street, where they found the injured man.
Officers responded to the park and located a crime scene. According to SPD, forensic evidence, including DNA, was collected both at the scene and from the victim. Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit are actively investigating but have not yet identified or located the individuals involved.
