MOSCOW, ID – The Appaloosa Horse Club in Moscow is moving to a new temporary office near downtown while there is still no word where the Appaloosa Museum & Heritage Center is relocating.

In January the museum and horse club announced on Facebook that they were selling their building on the Pullman Road at the state line. The Moscow-Pullman Daily news reported that the building’s leaky roof needed about 350,000 dollars to fix.

The President of the Appaloosa Horse Club Lori Wunderlich recently announced on Facebook book that their office is moving temporarily to Asbury Street.

There’s no word yet from museum officials as to where they are moving. The building has sold and they have to move out by the end of the month. In January Appaloosa Museum & Heritage Center officials stated they want to find a new location in the Inland Northwest. The final Appy Festival at the museum in Moscow is this Thursday.

The Appaloosa Museum & Heritage Center’s current building was constructed in 1974.
