Innovia Foundation Awards Over $1.2 Million in Regional Grants, Supporting Youth and Community Development

SPOKANE, WA –  Innovia Foundation has announced $1,250,414 in grant funding to 113 organizations across Eastern Washington and North Idaho through its 2025 Community Grants Program. The annual program supports initiatives in youth development, education, health and wellness, arts, and economic opportunity. This year’s focus emphasized youth engagement across the region.

The following organizations in Asotin, Columbia, Garfield, Clearwater, Idaho, Lewis, and Nez Perce counties received funding:

Asotin County

  • Asotin County Food Bank Association – $15,000
    To provide weekend food to 228 children each week of the school year

  • First Christian Church in Clarkston – $8,000
    Red Door Food Kitchen

Columbia County

  • Columbia County Rural Library District – $10,000
    Junior Non-fiction Remodeling Project

  • Friends of the Pool – $13,000
    Life-Saving Wellness Initiative for Columbia County Youth

  • Project Timothy – $7,000
    Project Timothy Grant for Client Services

Garfield County

  • Pomeroy School District – $15,000
    Music Program Revival

  • Pomeroy Summer Market – $5,000
    Support for local summer market

Clearwater County

  • Clearwater Community Complex, Inc. – $15,000
    Orofino Community Pool Design

  • Clearwater County Senior Citizens, Inc. – $15,000
    Intergenerational Engagement Programs to Decrease Isolation

Idaho County

  • City of Kooskia – $13,000
    ADA Accessible Picnic Tables and Benches

  • Kids Klub Inc. – $5,704
    Kids Klub Summer Camp

  • Reach Club Inc. – $14,000
    Preschool as a Gateway to Academic Success in Elk City

Lewis County

  • River Arts Kamiah Inc. – $10,046
    Community Art Center

  • Upriver Youth Leadership Council – $15,000
    K–6 Afterschool Youth Program

Nez Perce County

  • Chief Joseph Foundation – $12,900
    Horse Therapy Riding Clinics for Underprivileged Children

  • LC Crew Inc. – $10,000
    Shoes for Kids

  • Public Health – Idaho North Central District – $15,000
    Community Building Through Preventive Care

  • Willow Center, Inc. – $12,500
    Camp Erin 2025 – Free Grief Camp for Kids

Innovia Foundation CEO Shelly O’Quinn emphasized the importance of nonprofit investment: “From supporting the most vulnerable to enriching our cultural landscape, nonprofits bring people and resources together to make more possible for our region.”
