OROFINO, ID – Clearwater County authorities are investigating a boating accident that occurred Thursday night on Dworshak Reservoir.

According to the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and ambulance personnel responded around 10:00 p.m. on June 12 to a destination dock in the Canyon Creek area after receiving a report of a boat crash.

A white Seaking boat had collided with the dock. Two individuals—Charlie Thies, 26, of Juliaetta and Taylor Brown, 22, of Lewiston—were treated on scene for minor injuries and released.

The incident remains under investigation.
