CBS Sports, Pac-12 Extend Partnership Through 2030-31

PULLMAN, WA  — CBS Sports and the Pac-12 Conference have extended their media partnership through the 2030-31 season, beginning with the 2025 football season and continuing into the launch of the restructured Pac-12 in 2026-27.

CBS will serve as the primary media partner, airing football and men’s basketball games on CBS, CBS Sports Network, and streaming on Paramount+. The deal includes annual broadcasts of both conference championship games and a minimum number of regular season matchups.

Washington State University President Elizabeth Cantwell called the agreement a “statement of purpose,” while WSU Athletic Director Anne McCoy highlighted the national exposure it will bring to student-athletes. Pac-12 Commissioner Teresa Gould described the deal as transformational, and CBS executives emphasized the network’s commitment to growing the conference’s reach.

The new Pac-12 will include Oregon State, Washington State, Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, Gonzaga, San Diego State, and Utah State, with plans to add at least one more member before the 2026-27 season.
