Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation Welcomes New Board Members, Honors Departing Leaders

PULLMAN, WA – The Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation celebrated transitions in leadership during its annual end-of-year gathering, recognizing the service of departing board members and welcoming two newly elected directors.

Outgoing members honored at the June event included Karlene Beaumont, Adrian Green, Tony Poston, and Amy Rogers. Beaumont served six years on the board, including three as Board President. Green completed six years, five of which were as Treasurer. Poston and Rogers each served the board for nine years.

The board re-elected Wayne Druffel as President and selected Pete Chittenden as Vice President and Karin Neuenschwander as Treasurer for the coming term.

Newly elected board members include Kris Prieur and Courtney Turnbaugh, both of Pullman.

Prieur brings more than two decades of experience in fundraising and consulting, including key involvement in Washington State University Foundation’s first capital campaign. She remains active in the community through Circles of Caring.

Turnbaugh, who has roots in Lewiston and recently moved from Seattle, works in the pharmaceutical industry. She previously served on the 2025 Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation Gala planning committee and has volunteered for multiple fundraising events.

The Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation Board, comprised of 16 volunteers, oversees philanthropic gifts that support the hospital’s patients and health initiatives in the region. Board members serve three-year terms and may be re-elected once.

The Foundation supports a range of programs, including the Family Medicine Residency Program and the Regional High School Athletic Training Program. Notably, it does not deduct administrative fees, ensuring that 100% of donations go directly to projects and programs.
