CLARKSTON, WA – TriState Health has been awarded a five-star rating for hospital quietness by Becker’s Hospital Review, recognizing its commitment to providing a peaceful healing environment for patients.
The recognition is based on data from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, a national tool used by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to evaluate patient experiences. Ratings reflected responses collected between July 2023 and June 2024 and were last updated on April 30. The five-star rating specifically reflects how quiet patients reported their rooms were at night during their hospital stay.
“Being recognized as a Quiet Hospital shows the community our commitment to ensuring a peaceful and nurturing environment for those we care for,” said Kym Clift, Chief Executive Officer at TriState Health. “By creating a serene space for our patients to rest, this allows them the support they need for optimum recovery on their journey to healing.”
