CLEARWATER COUNTY, ID – One man was seriously injured and airlifted for medical treatment following a two-motorcycle collision reported Tuesday afternoon, July 8.
At approximately 3:52 p.m., the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office about an injury crash involving two motorcycles. Deputies responded to the scene, which was located on an unnamed state road north of Boehls Cabin near Meadows Creek.
According to the sheriff’s office, Andrew Chrisman of Seattle, Washington, sustained serious injuries in the crash and was LifeFlighted from the scene before law enforcement arrived. The second rider, Robert Dospil of Venice, California, appeared to have only minor injuries and was able to leave the scene without medical transport.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
