LEWISTON, ID — The Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run Monday morning.
The incident occurred around 8:11 a.m. on July 14, when a white or cream-colored Mini Cooper struck a flatbed pickup on Highway 3 near Mile Marker 4. The Mini Cooper did not stop and continued northbound.
The vehicle is expected to have noticeable damage, including a missing driver’s side mirror, both driver-side fender flares, and a missing rear driver-side window.
