NEZ PERCE COUNTY, ID — The northern portion of Powell Road will be closed to all traffic from July 28 through July 31, 2025, as crews carry out roadway surfacing improvements, according to the Nez Perce County Road and Bridge Department.

The closure will take place between the northern end of Pheasant Loop Road and Waha Road. County officials advise motorists to expect increased truck activity in the area during the project.

Access to homes and properties in the affected area will remain available via the southern end of Powell Road.
