TriState Health Reflects on Growth and Community Impact at Annual Meeting

CLARKSTON, WA – TriState Health held its 2025 Annual Meeting on July 24, bringing together board members, staff, and community members to review the organization’s milestones from 2024. The event, hosted on the TriState Health campus, included updates from CEO Kym Clift and CFO Jim Heilsberg on financial stewardship, community partnerships, and service expansions.

“2024 was a year of thoughtful growth, careful stewardship, and meaningful impact,” said Clift, who emphasized the organization’s continued focus on providing accessible and high-quality care. “Our accomplishments reflect the dedication of our staff and a shared belief in the power of local care.”

In addition to medical achievements, TriState Health donated more than $97,000 to over 40 local nonprofits and provided over $2.5 million in financial medical assistance. The meeting also included recognition of employee contributions that embodied the organization’s core values: Quality, Compassion, Innovation, Respect, and Collaboration.
