COLFAX, WA – A 21-year-old Malden man has been arrested for allegedly communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.

The case began on Monday when the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office received a call that Levi Anderson had allegedly texted a picture of his penis to a 15-year-old girl.  According to court documents, Anderson reportedly admitted to the deputy that he sent the image while he was intoxicated.  He was arrested on a felony charge along with misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Anderson remains in the Whitman County Jail in Colfax on $5,000 bond.  He is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
