LEWISTON, ID – Lewis-Clark State Volleyball opens its 50th season of competition on Aug. 15 at home in the P1FCU Activity Center. The Warriors, led by third-year head coach Katie Palmer, will host three days of non-conference action before play begins in the highly competitive Cascade Conference in September.

2025 LC State Volleyball season passes are on sale now at lcwarriors.com/tickets. Find the full schedule HERE.

“Last season, we had 146 season pass holders who helped make our gym one of the most electric places to play in the conference,” Palmer said. “The energy, the noise, the support — our student-athletes feel it and thrive off it. As we get ready for another exciting year, we’re looking forward to seeing even more familiar faces in the stands.”

LC State will host MSU-Northern on Aug. 15 at 1 p.m. to open the 2025 campaign, then will welcome four teams to its home court for the 2025 Hells Canyon Grand Invitational Aug. 29-30. The Warriors will take on Arizona Christian and Montana Western to close out the non-conference slate.

“Because our home environment is so electric, it was a priority for us to schedule as many non-conference games at home as possible,” Palmer explained. “Our fans create a special atmosphere that truly elevates our team. This season, they’ll get to cheer on the student-athletes they’ve grown to love, along with some outstanding new faces who are ready to make their mark.”

The CCC showcased its talent last season and had six teams advance to the NAIA National Tournament in 2024, the most of any conference in the NAIA. The Warriors open Cascade Conference play at home against two of those teams, Southern Oregon and Oregon Tech, Sept. 5-6. LC State will host Eastern Oregon and College of Idaho, another pair of national tournament teams, to end the month.

LC State will wrap up the regular-season home schedule against Corban (Ore.) and Bushnell (Ore.), both of whom say national tournament action last season, Oct. 31-Nov. 1. The Warriors will celebrate their three seniors with a pre-match ceremony on Nov. 1.

“The Cascade Collegiate Conference was recognized as the toughest in the nation last season, and 2025 will be no different,” Palmer said. “The talent across the board is outstanding, and every match will be a battle. We are preparing for the challenge and excited to be doing it with three great seniors who lead on and off the court.”

LC State Volleyball hosted a portion of the CCC tournament for the first time in program history last season. The 2025 edition of the postseason tournament will begin Nov. 11. The NAIA Opening Round is set for Nov. 22 with action at the final site in Sioux City, Iowa scheduled for Dec. 3-9.
