ENDICOTT, WA – An ATV crash north of Endicott School sent one man to the hospital Friday evening, according to the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office.
At 8:05 p.m., dispatchers received a call from the rider, who was alone at the time of the crash, reporting he had been injured in a field.
Endicott EMS located the man in a stubble field and deputies determined he had gone airborne before crashing. The Sheriff’s Office said the rider was not wearing a helmet.
A Life Flight helicopter transported the man to an area hospital. Initial reports indicated his injuries were not life-threatening. No other details were released.
