WALLA WALLA COUNTY — U.S. Highway 12 is closed in both directions between Minnick and Waitsburg after a log truck rolled, blocking both lanes, according to the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office and Washington State Department of Transportation.

Eastbound traffic is stopped at milepost 350 near Lewis Peak Road, and westbound traffic is stopped at milepost 357 near Meinburg Road. Authorities report no serious injuries. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes. There is no estimated time for reopening
