MOSCOW, ID – The University of Idaho is expecting to set a new record high for enrollment this fall. The announcement came from President Scott Green during his annual State of the University Address on Tuesday. The UI had nearly 12,300 students systemwide last fall.
The institution has bucked the national trend for dropping enrollment in higher education.
Between the pandemic and last fall the UI student population grew by 13%. The official fall enrollment census will be taken in mid-October.
