Effective Wednesday, October 1, 2025, all City of Lewiston residents using the Lewiston Transfer Station will be required to present:

• a current utility bill with a Lewiston address and showing sanitation services, and
• a valid driver’s license showing the same address as the utility bill.

Lewiston residents will continue to have full access to this service. Signs will be posted at the Transfer Station entrance reminding customers that proof of residency and a matching driver’s license are required before entry.
