LEWISTON, ID — Lewis-Clark State College’s Center for Arts & History (CAH) will host its annual Grape & Grain fundraising event on Friday, Oct. 10, from 6–9 p.m. at the downtown Lewiston center.
The evening will showcase the region’s art and craft beverage communities with a curated selection of local wine and beer tastings. Participating wineries include Lindsay Creek Vineyards, Jovinea Cellars, Merry Cellars, and Clearwater Canyon Cellars, while Riverport Brewing Company and Groundwork Brewing will pour craft beer.
Guests can enjoy a gourmet charcuterie spread accompanied by live piano music from LC State student Karis Cole. The event also features interactive art demonstrations from Heidi Barnett, who focuses on organic pointillism, and Gwyn Pevonka, known for intricately carved acrylic works. These sessions allow attendees to engage directly with artists and observe their creative processes.
All proceeds from Grape & Grain support CAH programming, which provides learning opportunities for students and fosters community engagement.
