MOSCOW, ID – Moscow Police are investigating a backpack snatching that occurred on the Paradise Path near the University of Idaho campus Tuesday night.
A 57 year old woman told officers that a man stole her backpack around 7:00 while she was walking the path near the Identity Apartments. She says a man in dark clothing came up behind her and ripped away her backpack and ran off.
