WINCHESTER, ID – Emergency crews responded Sunday evening to an ATV accident on Forest Road that left one person injured.
According to the Winchester Volunteer Fire Department, the call came in around 8:00 p.m. on September 28. Fire personnel, along with Winchester QRU and deputies from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, arrived on scene to find a single rider pinned beneath an ATV.
Responders worked to carefully extricate the occupant before transporting him to the hospital for treatment. No additional details about the rider’s condition were released.
The Winchester Volunteer Fire Department thanked all agencies involved for their coordinated response.
