Public Hearing Set on Proposed Auto Service Zoning Amendment in Nez Perce County

LEWISTON, ID — The Nez Perce County Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday, October 21, at 6:00 p.m. to review a proposed amendment to the county’s land development code.

The hearing will take place in the Confluence Conference Room on the first floor of 1230 Main Street in Lewiston. The proposed amendment, known as TA2025-1, seeks to add “Auto Service” as a conditional use in the Agricultural Transitional Zone (F-2) within the Lewiston City Impact Area. The change would include specific conditions governing such uses. The applicant for the amendment is Katherine L. Seekins.
