PRIEST RIVER, ID – Idaho State Police is investigating a train vs pedestrian fatality that occurred October 25, 2025, at approximately 9:03 pm, at the Parr Road crossing near Hidden Lane in Bonner County.

An adult female was struck by a freight train as it was travelling northbound. The female was pronounced deceased on the scene. Confirmation of identity is still pending investigation.

All rail traffic on the line was halted for approximately 4 hours. Bonner County Sheriff’s Office and Priest River Police Department were on scene assisting.
