MOSES LAKE, WA — A 20-year-old Florida man wanted for attempted murder in Nevada was taken into custody Monday night following a high-risk traffic stop conducted by the Moses Lake Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit.
The arrest occurred around 9:30 p.m. on November 4 in the parking lot of McDonald’s on Stratford Road. According to police, detectives were assisting Clark County authorities in Nevada when they executed the stop.
The suspect, identified as Savanh Singvongsa, was wanted on an active warrant for attempted murder out of Clark County. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Grant County Jail, where he awaits extradition proceedings.
No injuries were reported during the operation.
