OLYMPIA, WA – The Washington State Department of Health has suspended the license of a registered nurse from Thurston County, citing allegations of repeated sexual assault against a vulnerable adult.
Bradley Alan Ermey (RN61012756) is barred from practicing as a registered nurse in the state while legal proceedings are underway. The immediate suspension was issued to protect patient safety and public health, according to state health officials.
The nurse has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the charges. The Department of Health stated that legal documents related to the case are publicly available through its Provider Credential Search tool on the agency’s website. Individuals can also request copies or report concerns by calling 360-236-4700.
The Department emphasized its role in regulating health care providers to ensure competence, enforce licensing qualifications, and uphold consistent standards of practice to promote public welfare.
